Parent Supervision Rota
For the next two weeks, there will be a blank supervision rota at the Club Desk on Wednesday evenings. We are trialling letting parents choose their pool supervision slots to try and prevent there being sessions with no parent present. We ask that each parent with swimmers in Sharks and all big pool squads cover two pool sessions in each term, and those with 2 or more swimmers cover three.
Parent Supervision is a Swim Ulster requirement and swimming should not go ahead unless a parent is present at poolside. Any parent who does not select suitable slots, will be placed into the slots that remain uncovered once this opportunity has passed.
We trust that this will be welcomed by parents to prevent parents being detailed to cover slots that simply don’t suit and to prevent the need to find suitable cover by another parent.
